Bachelor of Communication Science Program
The Bachelor of Communication Science program offered by Telkom University is a comprehensive undergraduate program that offers students a strong foundation in various aspects of communication, including media studies, humanities, and marketing communication. The main goal of the curriculum is to give students the information and abilities they need to communicate effectively in the quickly changing digital environment of today. This curriculum enables students to be successful in a variety of jobs by giving them a thorough understanding of communication theory and practical skills in communication-related fields.
Students can develop critical thinking, analytical and effective communication skills as a result of the combination of academic and practical education developed by the study program. This is one of the implementation of learning programs from the many benefits obtained. Students can develop their practical skills in this area by examining communication processes and learning how to create effective communication strategies, campaigns, and content.
The Bachelor of Communication Studies program regularly organizes national and international scale events, such as IPSMF (International Photography and Short Movie Festival), IdeaFest, Urban Village and Thematic Community Service Program. IPSMF is an international festival and competition for photographic and cinema works. While, IdeaFest and Urban Village, are annual events organized by students specializing in Marketing Communication, which promote and build the image of regions in Indonesia. Tidak hanya itu, mahasiswa juga dibekali dengan mata kuliah yang disesuaikan dengan visi dan misi, serta prestasi lulusan sehingga mampu menjadi komunikator yang handal.
This study program collaborates with RISTEK DIKTI which is integrated with the Medeka Belajar – Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program, which supports student preparation to go directly into the world of industry. Not only that, but students are also equipped with courses that are tailored to the vision and mission, as well as the achievements of graduates so they can become reliable communicators.
